ADY PRO Provide Copies Features For Data Master Code and Malaysia Withholding Tax Function

ADY professional module is addon features for on top of existing Business Central standard modules. It's provide extra functionality to speed up data entry and workaround solutions to overcome limitation of standard features. This extension will keep improving and provide better features based on customer experiences and suggestion for Dynamics 365 Business Central.

System Overview
ADY Professional provide additional features in general ledger, sales, payables, fixed assets, dimension and improvement of withholding tax modules.
Major Functions:
  • General Ledger
Copy Chart of Account (COA) - Auto populate COA to other companies during COA creation instead of creating COA in each individual companies.
  • Sales
Recurring Sales Quote/Order - Allow users create recurring sales quote/order based billing cycle (e.g. monthly, quarterly, half year or yearly). Sales quote/order transactions will remain after transferred to invoice.
  • Payables
Payment Voucher No - Generate unique payment voucher no to avoid different user using same payment voucher no for unposted payment transactions. The payment voucher will be remain same after posted.
  • Fixed Assets
Fixed Asset Creation Based on Posted Invoice - Allow users create fixed asset after posted invoice using fixed asset G/L clearing account. It's also allow transfer assets to work in progress G/L account before goods fully received.
  • Dimension
Setup Dimension Relationship - Define dimensions values relationship so it's able default the dimension values during transaction entry.
  • Withholding Tax
Withholding Tax - Allow users input withholding tax during transaction entry and populate withholding tax payment transaction (Inland Revenue) based on payment entry.

Supported Editions:
Support both Dynamics 365 Business Central Essential and Premium edition.
